Gallery is inaccessible in Visual Studio 2015

description

I am able to view the gallery using the provided registry keys in VS 2013. Manually adding the gallery through the "Change your Extensions and Updates settings" link in the VS 2015 Extension manager results in the following message when attempting to see available online updates:

"Cannot check for updates because the following error(s) occurred while trying to contact the server: Could not determine the protocol used for this gallery. The URL must point to an Atom Feed or Sharepoint List configured for hosting Visual Studio Extensions."

I'm testing on my local machine with the following registry key file contents:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\12.0\ExtensionManager\Repositories{60926e9d-cfec-49b6-8706-43b6ce5a4df3}]
@="http://localhost/InmetaGallery/GalleryService.svc" "Priority"=dword:00000064 "Protocol"="VSGallery" "DisplayName"="Inmeta Visual Studio Gallery"

You must use the registry approach to add the gallery to VS.

To make it work in VS2015, replace 12.0 with 14.0 in the .reg file and run it. Then it should appear in VS2015 as well.

Worked perfectly. I can't believe I missed that... Thanks for the assistance.
